1. Overview
Services are prepaid. Message credits, voice credits and platform subscriptions are purchased in advance and consumed as traffic is sent. Credits already loaded are non-refundable, but they remain valid for the stated validity period and billing errors/duplicate payments are corrected.
2. Non-refundable items
Loaded message/voice credits, whether used or unused; platform subscription fees for a period already begun; DLT registration/Sender ID/template/onboarding charges paid to operators or partners; Meta conversation and Google RCS charges already incurred; GST/statutory taxes already deposited; and credits on accounts suspended/terminated for breach, spam or fraudulent use.
3. When we do refund
Duplicate/excess payment is refunded in full; payment made but credits not loaded results in credits being loaded or a refund if preferred; billing errors are corrected/refunded/credited; a service not provisioned may be refunded if no acceptable alternative exists; and messages charged but not submitted to the operator are credited back.
4. Failed and undelivered messages
Messages rejected by the platform before operator submission are not charged. Messages submitted to the operator are charged even if the operator later reports failure. Chargeable examples include DND-blocked numbers, invalid/inactive numbers, out-of-coverage handsets and operator content/template rejections. RCS-to-SMS fallback is charged at the SMS rate.
5. How to raise a refund request
Email office@digiweapons.in with subject “Refund Request” and include company name, account/Entity ID, invoice number, payment reference, amount and reason. Raise the request within 15 days of payment/invoice date. Acknowledgement is within 7 working days; verification within 15 working days; approved refunds are processed within 15 working days of approval.
6. Subscription cancellation
Monthly/yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Current-period fees are not refunded pro rata. Auto-renewal can be stopped before renewal by writing to the Company.
