1. Purpose
Explains how users can request deletion of data held about them or uploaded by them, how requests are handled, and what records the Company must retain. Applies to the website, messaging platform and Meta WhatsApp Business API services.
2. What can be deleted
Contact lists, contact custom fields and audience segments; campaign drafts, templates and media; chat/conversation history in the platform inbox; bot flows, saved replies and platform configuration; and user profile/login credentials.
3. How to request deletion
Email office@digiweapons.in from the registered email with subject “Data Deletion Request”; message WhatsApp +91 89566 75708; or write to the registered office. Include registered company name, account/Entity ID, registered email/mobile and the data to be deleted. Proof of identity or authority may be requested.
4. What happens next
The Company acknowledges requests within 7 working days, verifies identity/scope, deletes eligible data from live systems within 30 days of verification, and encrypted backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle within 90 days. Completion is confirmed in writing. Deletion is permanent and users should download needed history/reports first.
5. What we must retain
Message/call/delivery logs required under TRAI/operator regulations and DLT records; invoices, payment records and tax documents required by Indian tax law; records needed for disputes, investigations, audits or legal proceedings; and fraud/spam/abuse records. Retained records are access-restricted and deleted after the statutory/contractual period.
6. Data held by Meta, Google and operators
Where data has been processed by Meta, Google or a telecom operator, deletion in those systems is governed by the provider’s own policies. The Company deletes data held in its platform and, where a mechanism exists, passes on the deletion request.
7. If you are a message recipient
Recipients can provide the sender name/Sender ID and contacted number. The Company may remove the number from its suppression handling and forward the request to the client controlling the contact list. Recipients may also use the opt-out keyword shown in the message.
